HOME

At Suite House, we’re making ageing playful, personalised, and anything but boring. No boring ageing here, just real moments, real laughs, and a real sense of home.

Think less “nursing home” and more “house party with room service.” Here, you’re not a patient you’re a housemate. A VIP in your own story. Got questions? We have the answer.

Where aged care says “no,” we say “you bet.”

  • What exactly is Suite House?

Not your average care home — and we mean that. Suite House is our bold take on aged care done differently: With only 16 private suites, designed for people who want independence with a side of support, cheeky room service, and someone to laugh with in the living room.
We’re not calling it a nursing home because... well, no thank you. We’re calling it HOME with a twist.

  • How many Housemates are there?

Just sixteen. On purpose! Why? Because we like to keep it personal. Fewer Housemates means more time, more fun, and more tailored support. You get your own beautiful care suite, your own vibe, and a crew of people who actually know your name… and your coffee order!
This isn’t a big facility; this is a boutique lifestyle home with a sense of humour and a lot of heart.

  • Are you Government funded?

    Nope, and proudly so.
We’re a 100% privately funded Gold Coast care provider, which means we have the freedom to flex around you, not red tape. No strict categories, no waiting lists for services; just responsive, personal aged care support that adapts to your rhythm, not the other way around.

  • So what’s the cost of a Suite?

The average Gold Coast aged care residence runs around $750,000.
Suite House is a premium experience and priced accordingly, with about half of our Housemates expected to join at $800,000+. But you’re not paying for bedsheets and bulk dinner trays you’re investing in a life with warmth.

  • What’s the refund policy?

Here’s where we say: no tricks, no gotchas. Some private aged care homes charge eye-watering exit fees. Not us. We’ve kept it simple with just a 5% exit fee, charged at the end of your stay. That’s it. The rest goes back to you or your family.

  • What about day-to-day support?

The industry average is $400 per day, and we fall right in that range — with a lot more fun baked in. That includes on-site care team availability, room service, pampering, daily meals, activities, housekeeping and more. It’s not just clinical, it’s comfort, joy, connection, and freedom rolled into one lifestyle-driven package.

  • Do you help with medication?

Absolutely! But always with your say-so.
We’re here to remind, refill, or remove the stress around your meds, while keeping it personal. Our team’s available 24/7 for clinical support, or to give you the space to manage on your own. We walk the fine line between independent living and peace of mind.

  • Why do people move into Suite House?

Some want to downsize without compromise. Some are here because a family member said, “it’s time to look at your options.” Others are just over cooking dinner every night. No matter your reason, Suite House is about staying you, just with more support, fewer worries, and a lot more “yes” in your day.

  • Is Suite House for people with health conditions?

Yes, with style! Whether you’re living with early-stage dementia, mobility challenges, or just need help with daily routines, we’re ready. This isn’t a place where you’re labelled. It’s where you’re listened to. We design care around your story, not your symptoms.

  • So, is this aged care or not?

    Technically? Yes.
But we’ve flipped the script. We don’t do , plastic chairs, or cookie-cutter routines. We do laughs in the lounge, fresh toast in the morning, and maybe a sneaky drink on Fridays. This is aged care, but housemate-style where you’re known, needed, and never put in a box.

  • Final Question: Are you Suite House material?

Ready to age boldly? Want to live somewhere that feels more like a quirky share house than a care facility?
